I'm in the home stretch for life coaching and soul care (aka spiritual direction) certifications; so am excited to get to share those gifts with others! Plus, I've started teaching yoga online, which is exciting! How about you, Thalia? Winter hasn't been too bad for us. We're in Sicily, so while it's been fairly rainy (which they needed), it hasn't been too bad at all. I hope it's going well for you too! 🫶🏽

Thank you, Thalia! 🫶🏽 No, you're remembering correctly. While we're based in Sicily (for the next 2-4 years), my partner's job had us in Scotland half of last year. We'll be back this year, only for shorter periods. :)
Yes it is! SO frustrating. And, I believe we can and will do better! The more curious and kind we are, the better we do. Which is why positive interactions, like ours, gives me hope!
